Return & Exchange Policy
If you request a return caused by a product defect, please contact us. We will replace the new product or process the refund for you.
A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
We will not issue a refund if one of the following situations occurs:
1. Send the product to the wrong address (including "return to sender", please confirm the return address with us before returning the products. The return address is different from the delivery address).
2. Products that exceed 7 days or have been used will not be returned. For used products, no return or exchange will be given.
3. The returned products are incomplete or the appearance is damaged
4. The product is not provided by us.
5. There is no quality problem with the products, the products are returned for quality reasons.
6.The product label is removed.
If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service (Email:Service@roasostudio.com) and confirm our address.
Note: Please do not send the return form to the address on the package. That is not our sender's address, it will affect your sender's processing.
